Top 10 Tips to Improve Your Underwater Photography

1.   Determine wide-angle or close-up images -> set-up

      camera

 

2.   Practice good buoyancy control.

 

3.   Dive slowly - look above, below, and all around.

 

4.   Get close to your subject.

 

5.   Compose your images – know your subject’s behavior.

 

6.   Shoot upwards.

 

7.   Take advantage of available light.

 

8.   Work within the limitations of your camera equipment.

 

9.   Share your findings - be courteous to other divers and

      photographers.
